About the Opportunity
Wonder Home Finance is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Legal Manager to join its growing team at the Aurangabad location.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (Full-time)
- Relevant experience in Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of property laws & mortgage processes
Responsibilities
- Legal scrutiny of property documents (Retail & LAP cases)
- Handling SARFAESI & recovery-related legal matters
- Panel advocate coordination & case monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal frameworks
- Risk assessment and mitigation
