Wonder Home Finance is hiring for the position of Area Legal Manager in Aurangabad.
Eligibility
- LL.B. qualification.
- 2–4 years of work experience in an NBFC, HFC, or other financial institution.
- Knowledge of property documents and title transactions.
- Awareness of local legal practices in Aurangabad.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Local male candidates from Aurangabad are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Approval of legal reports and maintenance of MIS.
- Following up on OTC and PDD documents with the sales team.
- Coordinating with legal vendors and obtaining legal reports within TAT.
