About the Job

Nirka Law Advisory is hiring for the position of Associate with 1–2 years of prior work experience. The selected candidate will work closely with the team on matters involving construction and infrastructure disputes, arbitration, litigation, contract management, and related legal advisory work.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of prior work experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
• Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and work within timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in construction disputes or construction arbitration will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting pleadings, notices, claims, replies, and legal submissions.
• Researching legal issues relating to contracts, construction, and commercial disputes.
• Assisting in arbitration and litigation matters.
• Reviewing and analysing construction and commercial contracts.
• Preparing case chronologies, briefs, evidence summaries, and claim documentation.
• Assisting senior team members in client conferences, hearings, and dispute strategy.
