Lex Chambers is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel in the Corporate Commercial & General Corporate Team.
Prior experience of working in a law firm is an essential requirement for this role.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts
- Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and other corporate transactions
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to independently maintain client relations and manage expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
