About the Job
Lex Chambers is looking to hire a Legal Counsel – Real Estate for its New Delhi office.
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- Experience in drafting and conducting due diligence with respect to immovable properties across India, including agricultural, commercial, and residential properties.
- A sound understanding of property laws, land records such as Jamabandi, 7/12, Khatauni, and real estate transactions.
- Knowledge of pre- and post-construction documents, including Sanctioned Building Plans, licences, and approvals related to high-rise buildings, RERA, and other relevant matters.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
Responsibilities
The role involves working on:
