About the Job
Lex Chambers is hiring a Legal Counsel to join its Real Estate team in New Delhi. The role involves handling real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related legal documents.
Eligibility
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in conducting title due diligence and preparing Due Diligence Reports.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
- Sound understanding of property laws, land records, and real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting title due diligence and preparing Due Diligence Reports.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, including:
- Lease Deeds
- Leave and License Agreements
- Agreements to Sell
- Sale Deeds
- Conveyance Deeds
- Other property-related documents
