About the Job
Lex Chambers is hiring a Legal Counsel – Real Estate for its New Delhi office. The role involves handling real estate transactions, conducting title due diligence, preparing due diligence reports, and drafting and negotiating property-related documents.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- 2–4 years of experience.
- Experience in conducting title due diligence and preparing Due Diligence Reports.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, including Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, and other property-related documents.
- A sound understanding of property laws, land records, and real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence and prepare Due Diligence Reports.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents.
- Advise on matters relating to property laws, land records, and real estate transactions.
Location
New Delhi.
