Eligibility
- LLB degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar enrolment in Karnataka
- Strong understanding of cybercrime, technology laws, intellectual property rights, and data privacy.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest legal and technological developments.
Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney at Verum Legal, you will have the opportunity to:
- Represent clients in cybercrime cases, visit authorities and court for the same;
- Utilise and hone your drafting skills;
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities;
- Provide legal counsel on emerging technology issues, such as AI, blockchain, and digital currencies.
- Assist clients in protecting their intellectual property through patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Ensure clients are compliant with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Help the firm with its content creation & online presence.
