Mandla & Singh Law Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate from law graduates and advocates interested in building a long-term litigation practice. The selected candidates will work closely on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation is essential.
- Prior experience in drafting is essential.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Comfortable taking ownership of work.
- Interest in building a serious litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy.
- Prepare drafting and pleadings.
- Participate in client conferences.
- Manage and coordinate cases.
- Assist with court proceedings across diverse areas of practice.
- Contribute actively to the development and conduct of matters.
- Work on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
