Mandla & Singh Law Chambers is inviting applications from law graduates and advocates seeking to develop a long-term career in litigation.
The Chambers is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The selected candidate will work on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums, with significant exposure to litigation and case management.
Eligibility
- Law graduates and advocates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned work.
- Keen interest in building a long-term litigation practice.
- Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy.
- Drafting pleadings and other legal documents.
- Participating in client conferences.
- Assisting with case management and coordination.
- Appearing in and assisting with court proceedings across diverse areas of practice.
Additional Information
The selected candidate will be entrusted with meaningful responsibility from an early stage and will be expected to contribute actively to the conduct and development of matters.
