About the Job

The role involves reviewing contractual agreements for clients and providing approval from the legal end. The position also requires handling contract-related processes, legal research, and insurance documents.

Eligibility

• BL, LL.B, or LL.M degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Exposure to contract management is desired.
• Prior experience working in the legal department of an MNC is essential.
• Strong understanding of contract language.
• Good knowledge of English language, grammar, and spelling.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as a team player.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual agreements for clients and approve them from the legal end.
• Understand and implement client process updates efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Conduct legal research.
• Review contracts and insurance documents.
• Consistently deliver process SLA requirements.
• Analyse relevant documents and identify requirements.

Mode

Remote / Work from Home.

Work Timings

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
