- Enrolment with the Bar Council.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and drafting.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, documentation, and research.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions.
- Appear before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders regarding case updates and filings.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents.
- Maintain case files.
