Eligibility
- Degree in LL.B. or LL.M.
- Experience in legal contracts management and legal documentation.
- Experience in Investment Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech Companies for the majority of the candidate’s work experience.
- Good understanding of settlements of derivatives instruments.
- Good exposure to the banking and finance industry is preferable.
- Good exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and present insights.
Responsibilities
- Review legal documents and notices independently.
- Handle legal contracts and documents.
- Work on settlements of derivatives instruments.
- Prepare MIS and other management reports.
- Communicate with clients and manage stakeholders.
- Analyse and present insights from data.
Technical Skills
- Ability to independently review legal documents and notices.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
