About the Job
Haleon is seeking a Product Expert – Legal Service Delivery to oversee the end-to-end design, governance, and enhancement of legal service delivery processes. The role focuses on ensuring legal requests are efficiently managed through digital platforms, standardized workflows, and service management solutions such as ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving legal service experiences, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting automation and AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide vision and strategic direction for Legal Service Delivery solutions built on ServiceNow
- Research and analyse legal technology trends, user needs, and ServiceNow product developments
- Manage product backlogs, iteration planning, and user story development for Legal Service Delivery features
- Improve service efficiency, service deflection, and resolution outcomes
- Partner with Legal Operations teams to standardise and simplify legal service offerings
- Ensure service experiences remain decoupled from legal systems of record
- Support automation initiatives and AI-enabled service improvements
Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- Product management experience on service or workflow platforms
- Strong understanding of legal shared services or legal operations
- Experience defining and managing digital service catalogues
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on service performance and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSDSD)
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- User-centred approach to product development
- Ability to simplify complex service environments and processes
