About the Job
Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd. is seeking a Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation) to manage legal aspects of land acquisition, real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and project-related documentation. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, authorities, and landowners to support the successful execution of real estate and industrial development projects.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- 6–10 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of RERA and real estate laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead land due diligence exercises and provide legal advice on land acquisition transactions.
- Handle customer-centric communications and facility management-related agreements and documentation.
- Manage documentation and contract negotiations relating to industrial clusters and industrial city projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including MOUs, term sheets, conveyance deeds, leases, and related agreements.
- Prepare and review real estate documentation, contracts, tenders, and vendor agreements.
- Manage RERA filings, customer documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal business and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
