About the Job

Sammaan Capital Limited is seeking a legal professional to join its Corporate & Commercial Legal Team. The role involves advising on corporate lending and project finance transactions, supporting business teams in deal execution, and managing a wide range of commercial and financing-related legal documentation.

Eligibility

4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
Experience in financing transactions and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation relating to real estate financing, construction finance, and other lending transactions.
Support transaction negotiations and assist business teams in deal execution.
Provide legal advice and support to Credit Control, Business Teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Agreements, and other business contracts.
