About the Job

Sammaan Capital Limited is seeking a legal professional to join its Corporate & Commercial Legal Team. The role involves advising on corporate lending and project finance transactions, supporting business teams in deal execution, and managing a wide range of commercial and financing-related legal documentation.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in financing transactions and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation relating to real estate financing, construction finance, and other lending transactions.
• Support transaction negotiations and assist business teams in deal execution.
• Provide legal advice and support to Credit Control, Business Teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Agreements, and other business contracts.
