About the Job
Ashlar Law is seeking to hire a Corporate & VC/PE Lawyer for its Mumbai office. The role is suited for candidates with prior law firm experience and exposure to general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital/private equity investments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a reputed university.
- 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Prior law firm experience.
- Experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Venture Capital/Private Equity (VC/PE) investments.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
