About the Job
Law Offices of India is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Advocate to join its legal team. The role offers exposure to litigation, corporate advisory, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters, while working closely with clients across diverse industries.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage legal matters and client communications.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
- Handle litigation matters before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Advise and assist clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Participate in client interactions and case strategy discussions.
- Manage legal matters independently and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
