About the Job
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is inviting applications for the position of Manager-II – Compliance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory developments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, and supporting business teams on compliance-related matters. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to implement regulatory requirements and maintain compliance standards.
Eligibility
- Preferred Qualification: CS/CA/LLB
- Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities
- Analyse and implement new and updated regulations, circulars, guidelines, and directions issued by IFSCA and SEZ authorities, including Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines.
- Prepare summaries and comparative analyses of regulatory changes.
- Communicate regulatory updates and educate relevant stakeholders.
- Log and track actionable items with concerned stakeholders.
- Update compliance certifications in line with the IFSCA regulatory framework.
- Review marketing creatives and customer communications from a compliance perspective.
- Ensure timely tracking and submission of reports and regulatory responses to regulatory authorities.
- Make representations to regulatory authorities for business enablement, including review and analysis of exposure drafts and white papers.
- Review agreements from a compliance perspective.
- Support business teams and other stakeholders by addressing compliance-related queries.
