R&R Partners is hiring a Litigation Associate for its North-West Delhi office. The role offers practical exposure to civil, criminal, and commercial litigation with regular court appearances and hands-on litigation work.

Eligibility

LL.B. degree from a recognised university
Enrolled with the Bar Council
0–2 years of litigation experience
Freshers with strong internship experience may apply
Good drafting and legal research skills
Familiarity with court procedures and filing systems
Ability to manage multiple matters independently

Responsibilities

Draft plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits, complaints, and notices
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
Appear before District Courts, Magistrate Courts, and other forums
Assist in court proceedings, filings, and procedural compliance
Coordinate with clerks for filings and inspections
Maintain client communication and case updates

Preferred Skills

Exposure to civil, criminal, or commercial litigation
Understanding of CPC, CrPC/BNSS, and Evidence Law
Proficiency in MS Word and legal research tools
