Eligibility

• Strong experience in Intellectual Property Law
•  Experienced Legal professional with experience in filling patent for software in either india or US
• Prior patent filing/prosecution experience in India
• Understanding of technology-driven businesses
• Experience with US patents/corporate law is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead patent filing, prosecution, and IP strategy
• Manage and protect company IP assets
• Handle corporate and commercial legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
