About the Job
Tekmonks is looking for a highly skilled legal professional with strong expertise in Patent Law and Intellectual Property Rights, preferably with prior experience as a Patent Lawyer in India. Exposure to US patent law will be a significant advantage.

Eligibility
- Strong experience in Intellectual Property Law
- Prior patent filing/prosecution experience in India
- Understanding of technology-driven businesses
- Experience with US patents/corporate law is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead patent filing, prosecution, and IP strategy
- Manage and protect company IP assets
- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
