vybe cabs is a mobility startup that is expanding its team and seeking a full-time Lawyer to support its legal and compliance functions.

About the Job

vybe cabs is hiring a full-time Lawyer to work on corporate, commercial, and compliance-related legal matters.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.), with an LL.M. preferred.
• Have a strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Possess excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Have 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Providing legal guidance on corporate and compliance matters.
• Handling legal notices, disputes, and litigation support.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research and risk assessments.
