Eligibility
- 0–1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in IBC-related matters and active litigation involving civil and commercial laws.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in insolvency, commercial disputes, corporate litigation, and white-collar matters will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assignments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling and managing matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals.
- Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes.
- Support senior counsel in strategy formulation and case preparation.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for effective advocacy and procedural hearings.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain case records.
- Ensure smooth progression of matters.
