About the Job

Kaarya Law Advocates and Solicitors is hiring an Associate for its litigation team. The firm is looking for candidates who are available to join immediately.

The selected candidate will work as a Litigation Associate and gain hands-on exposure to civil, commercial, arbitration, insolvency, criminal, and consumer disputes. The role includes appearing and assisting in matters before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
• Should have an interest in learning drafting, legal research, and court-craft skills.

Responsibilities

• Appear and assist in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and other forums and tribunals in Delhi.
• Assist in handling civil, commercial, arbitration, insolvency, criminal, and consumer dispute matters.
• Undertake legal drafting and research as part of litigation practice.

Stipend/Salary

Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s experience.

Mode

In-office/Physical (Monday to Saturday).

Location

Jangpura Extension, Delhi.
