About the Job

Legal Savvy is hiring fresh law graduates for the position of Legal Analyst. The role involves legal research, analysis of loan and financial documents, client acquisition and onboarding, client relationship management, debt resolution, and case management.

The selected candidates will work on matters involving banking and financial laws, loan recovery, settlement negotiations, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Eligibility

Fresh law graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a three-year or five-year law programme.
Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
An interest in banking law, financial disputes, debt resolution, and ADR.
Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work from the office.
Candidates with a proactive attitude and an interest in client-facing legal roles are preferred.

Responsibilities

Legal Analysis and Research

Conduct legal research relating to loan recovery, banking laws, financial regulations, and consumer protection.
Analyse loan agreements, credit reports, lender communications, and other relevant documents.
Assist in preparing legal notices, complaints, representations, and other legal correspondence.

Client Acquisition and Onboarding

Communicate with prospective clients to understand their financial and legal concerns.
Explain the firm’s legal consultancy services and debt resolution process.
Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and case assessment.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on case progress.
Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery.
Address client queries and support client retention by ensuring a professional client experience.

Debt Resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Assist in negotiations and communications with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions.
Support debt resolution strategies, settlement negotiations, and ADR processes.
Prepare case summaries and maintain records of lender communications and settlement progress.

Documentation and Case Management

Maintain accurate client records and update the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Track case progress, documentation, follow-ups, and important deadlines.
Assist senior team members with case management and operational coordination.
