About the Job
NKR Law Offices is looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate for its venture capital practice. The position is based in New Delhi and involves representing both investors and companies in venture capital transactions across Pre-Series A, Series A and Series B funding rounds.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in venture capital investments.
- Experience in legal due diligence.
- Experience in drafting transaction documents.
Responsibilities
- Handling investor-side venture capital mandates.
- Representing companies in venture capital transactions.
- Working on Pre-Series A, Series A and Series B deals.
- Conducting legal due diligence.
- Drafting transaction documents related to venture capital investments.
