About the Job
LuLu is hiring a Junior Legal Officer for its Bengaluru location. The opportunity is suitable for law graduates with 0–1 year of experience or candidates who have completed at least six months of internship in the legal field.
The selected candidate will assist with legal drafting, contract management, litigation coordination, documentation, and compliance-related matters.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree.
- Applicants should have 0–1 year of professional experience.
- Candidates with a minimum of six months of internship experience in the legal field are also eligible.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting and reviewing lease agreements and commercial contracts.
- Handling legal documentation and contract management.
- Coordinating with external legal counsels on litigation matters.
- Maintaining litigation records and legal documentation.
- Ensuring legal compliance, including stamp duty and registration requirements.
