ShriVara Law Offices is hiring an Associate for its Capital Markets & Regulatory Practice. The role offers broad exposure across Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), SME and Mainboard IPOs, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and SEBI regulatory advisory, with end-to-end involvement in live transactions.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

Have 0–1 years of experience in capital markets. Freshers may also apply, with preference given to candidates who have completed legal traineeships or internships in this field.
Be a qualified Company Secretary and/or a law graduate.
Have a sound understanding of SEBI and securities laws.
Possess strong drafting skills.
Be willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned work.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Drafting the Litigation, Key Regulations, and Government Approvals chapters of Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs).
Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, agreements, and disclosures for ECM and DCM mandates.
Conducting legal and regulatory research under SEBI Regulations, the Companies Act, and allied securities laws.
Carrying out legal due diligence and providing compliance support for IPO and AIF transactions.
Preparing legal notes, opinions, and memoranda on regulatory and transactional matters.
Coordinating with clients, merchant bankers, and regulatory authorities.
