About the Job

Debtfrie is hiring Legal Associates to join its growing legal team. The role offers practical exposure to Financial and Banking Law, with responsibilities involving client counselling, debt resolution, legal documentation, and dispute resolution with financial institutions. This is a desk-based legal role with no court appearances.

Legal Associate

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates and recently enrolled advocates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, legal drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in Financial and Banking Law.

Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel clients on legal and financial matters.
• Educate clients about debt resolution and settlement options.
• Draft and manage legal notices, arbitration documents, and conciliation proceedings involving banks and financial institutions.
• Strategically manage cases and assist clients throughout the debt settlement process.
