About the Job
KAY & Partners is looking for a motivated Legal Associate to enhance their Banking & Finance compliance team.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Banking & Finance sector.
- Familiarity with SARFAESI Act 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Act, and Negotiable Instruments Acts etc and other relevant banking laws.
- Strong drafting, client management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and scrutinizing legal notices and replies with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of the legal frameworks in the Banking & Finance sector.
- Work closely with clients to accurately understand their needs and ensure that their requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Supervision and management of a team dedicated to our Banking & Finance clients.
- Management of MIS on a weekly & monthly basis.
