IPgyan Consulting LLP is looking to hire an Associate – Corporate & Commercial to work across corporate-commercial advisory, litigation support, dispute resolution, drafting, research, client coordination, and court and tribunal-related assignments.

Position

Associate – Corporate & Commercial

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must be registered with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
• Prior experience in handling matters before Lower Courts, Tribunals, and Consumer Courts.
• Ability to assist in arbitration and mediation matters.

Responsibilities

The role will involve work across:

• Corporate-commercial advisory
• Litigation support
• Dispute resolution
• Drafting and legal research
• Client coordination
• Court and tribunal-related assignments
