About the Job
Sanofi is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the delivery and execution of procurement and non-procurement contracts across its Global Business Units and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Head of Contract Services, the role involves contract administration, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in contract administration or related legal roles.
- Knowledge of industry-standard contract management practices.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the selection of appropriate contract templates and supporting the drafting, review, and execution of contracts.
- Ensuring contracts comply with applicable legal requirements and company policies.
- Managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including request, negotiation, execution, renewal, and closure.
- Maintaining and updating contract databases and repositories, including Coupa CLMa.
- Preparing scheduled and ad hoc reports related to contracting activities.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions.
- Identifying contractual risks and discrepancies and collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate them.
- Supporting efforts to improve operational efficiency, standardisation, and control processes.
Skills Required
- Ability to draft simple contractual provisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and related tools.
