The Chambers of Tarun Mehra is inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate. The role offers extensive exposure to litigation before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and various tribunals, with responsibilities spanning drafting, legal research, case management, and court proceedings.

Associate Advocate
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Motivated, hardworking, and flexible with work timings.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Draft appeals, writ petitions, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and other pleadings before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes and case summaries.
- Supervise the filing of cases before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
- Assist during hearings before Courts and Tribunals.
- Manage administrative work relating to ongoing litigation matters.
