Eligibility
Qualification: LLB | PQE: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities
- Drafting appeals and writ petitions before the High Courts, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and other pleadings before the Supreme Court of India
- Conducting legal research and preparing briefing notes and case summaries
- Supervising the filing of cases by clerks before the Supreme Court and High Courts
- Assistance during hearings before Courts and Tribunals
- Candidate should be motivated, hard-working and flexible with work timings
- Managing administrative work relating to ongoing matters
