About the Job

AGR Partners is seeking a motivated and dedicated Legal Advocate to join its team on a full-time basis. The role offers practical exposure to legal consulting, drafting, advisory work, litigation, and client management while working on a variety of legal matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, commercial, corporate, and procedural laws.
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before Courts, Tribunals, Quasi-Judicial Authorities, and Government Departments.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including pleadings, notices, replies, applications, agreements, petitions, affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Manage client communications and provide regular updates on case progress and legal strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, written submissions, and arguments.
