About the Job
The engagement provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of India’s National Highway infrastructure while gaining experience in handling legal matters related to the National Highway sector.
Eligibility
- Candidates will be eligible for community reservation only if the particular caste to which they belong is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the Central Government.
- OBC candidates applying for the position must submit an OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued during 2025–26.
- The OBC certificate must clearly indicate that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer as defined by the Government of India for positions and services under the Central Government.
- Candidates seeking reservation under OBC-NCL/PwBD must produce or submit a certificate in the prescribed proforma meant for appointment to positions under the Government of India.
- The certificate must be issued by the designated authority and clearly indicate the candidate’s caste and the Act/Order under which the caste is recognised as OBC-NCL.
- The name and spelling of the caste/community in the certificate must exactly match the lists notified by the Central Government from time to time. For the OBC category, the Central List of OBC castes is available on the National Commission for Backward Classes website.
- Candidates seeking reservation or relaxation benefits under OBC/PwBD must ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility requirements and possess all requisite certificates in the prescribed format.

An initial consolidated remuneration of Rs. 60,000/- per month, inclusive of all. The consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for each succeeding year subject to satisfactory performance
