About the Job
KAnalysis is inviting applications for the position of Trademark/IPR Professional with a focus on Global Portfolio Management.
The role involves managing international trademark portfolios and handling end-to-end IP processes across jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience in Trademark/IPR (international domain)
- LL.B./LL.M. (IP specialization preferred)
- Strong knowledge of global trademark laws and procedures
- Experience in international filings
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Manage global trademark portfolios across jurisdictions (India, US, etc.)
- Handle trademark filings, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement actions
- Coordinate with international associates, attorneys, and clients
- Conduct trademark searches, clearance, and risk assessments
- Develop global IP protection strategies
- Ensure compliance with international IP laws and deadlines
