About the Job
A & S Legal Partners is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. They are looking for a committed and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in litigation practice and willingness to grow within a dynamic legal environment.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
- Proficiency in Hindi drafting(mandatory)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to manage matters independently with attention to detail
- Professionalism and accountability
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Strong work ethic and commitment to litigation practice
Responsibilities
- Drafting of pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents (Hindi & English)
- Court appearances and regular follow-ups
- Legal research and preparation of case briefs
- Assisting in hearings and litigation strategy
- Client coordination and matter management
