About the Job
Max Healthcare is hiring for the role of Senior Manager – Legal. The position involves handling legal operations, compliance matters, and coordination with various stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Hold an LLB qualification
- Have 6–10 years of experience in the legal domain
- Possess strong knowledge of corporate laws, compliance, and litigation
- Have prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Conducting compliance audits and coordinating with regulatory authorities
- Coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders
Mode
Work From Office (WFO) only.
