The role involves supporting corporate legal and compliance functions, including ROC/MCA filings, statutory documentation, and regulatory compliance work. The position offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal practice and opportunities for professional growth.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university
• Be pursuing CA or CS qualifications (preferred)
• Have experience in ROC/MCA filings and statutory documentation
• Possess knowledge of the Companies Act and applicable corporate laws
• Be detail-oriented and proactive in handling compliance work

Responsibilities

• Managing ROC/MCA filings and statutory documentation
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable corporate laws
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams and regulatory authorities
• Adhering to regulatory timelines and compliance requirements
