About the Opportunity
S.B. Jain and Associates is looking for a Legal & Compliance Associate to support corporate regulatory work, ROC/MCA filings, and statutory compliance functions.
Eligibility
- Graduated with a LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- CA/CS pursuing preferred
- Experience in ROC/MCA filings and statutory documentation
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and applicable corporate laws
- Ability to prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation
- Strong coordination skills for liaising with internal teams and authorities
- Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory timelines
