The role involves substantial responsibility in legal research, drafting, interpretation of legal developments, and independent management of matters.

Eligibility

Candidates must be qualified lawyers.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of experience in Indirect Tax and Customs, with exposure to both advisory and litigation work.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters.
• Drafting opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently.
• Interpreting case laws and regulatory developments.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting business development initiatives.
