The selected candidates will work closely with the litigation team and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court appearances, and case management.

Eligibility

Junior Advocate

• LL.B. Graduate.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.

Law Intern

• Students pursuing:
  • 3-Year LL.B. Programme; or
  • 5-Year Integrated Law Programme.

Preferred Skills

• Strong legal research abilities.
• Good drafting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Interest in building a career in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft pleadings, notices, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist with court appearances and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with clients and assist in case management.
• Support day-to-day legal work handled by the office.

Role Exposure

Selected candidates will gain exposure to proceedings before:

• High Court
• City Civil & Sessions Court
• Magistrate Court
• Other judicial forums in Mumbai
