The selected candidates will work closely with the litigation team and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court appearances, and case management.
Eligibility
Junior Advocate
- LL.B. Graduate.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
Law Intern
- Students pursuing:
- 3-Year LL.B. Programme; or
- 5-Year Integrated Law Programme.
Preferred Skills
- Strong legal research abilities.
- Good drafting skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Interest in building a career in litigation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft pleadings, notices, applications, and other legal documents.
- Assist with court appearances and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with clients and assist in case management.
- Support day-to-day legal work handled by the office.
Role Exposure
Selected candidates will gain exposure to proceedings before:
- High Court
- City Civil & Sessions Court
- Magistrate Court
- Other judicial forums in Mumbai
