About the Job
Taggart Continuum Legal LLP is looking to hire dynamic and versatile legal professionals (Graduate/Post-Graduate) for a year.
During the association, the Senior Counsel shall have the opportunity to acquire first-hand experience and dive into a thriving legal and corporate environment. The selected applicants would be working on current and future legal matters and other related works and assist in building a team for the future thereby achieving the long-term objectives of the Organization.
Eligibility
- LLB degree or an LLM degree
- Excellent research, communication, and writing skills Proficiency in legal research, analysis and documentation of tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in court work
Responsibilities
Drafting & Filing Appearance & Arguments in Court Legal research Interpretation of various laws under IPC, CrPC, CPC and the new laws BNS, BNSS, BSA Training and guiding Associate Counsel and Interns Learning and honing skills in Labour, Corporate and Company laws
