Job Opening: Legal Executive.
Mahindra Finance is seeking a dedicated Legal Executive to join the team in Kolkata & Kharagpur locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Disposal Loss Recovery, and handling legal matters, particularly related to S.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with a strong understanding of the Negotiable Instruments Act, especially Section 138.
- Proficiency in Excel for MIS and data management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
