BeastLife is hiring a Legal Senior Associate/Legal Manager with 2–5 years of experience to handle commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, IP, consumer disputes, and litigation coordination.

BeastLife is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate / Legal Manager. The role is suited for candidates with hands-on experience across most of the listed legal functions, particularly commercial contracting and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in most of the responsibilities listed above.
- Experience in commercial contracting and regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or consumer businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor and service agreements, influencer agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Handle corporate and transactional documentation, including board and shareholder matters and legal due diligence.
- Manage FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Trade Licence, Shops & Establishments, GST, and other regulatory compliances.
- Review product labelling, packaging, and advertising or marketing claims.
- Manage trademarks, IP protection, infringement matters, and brand enforcement.
- Handle consumer complaints, legal notices, regulatory notices, and disputes.
- Draft and implement legal and compliance SOPs and processes.
- Coordinate with external counsel, authorities, and internal business teams.
