About the Job
Jain & Saigal Law Offices is inviting applications for the following positions:
Associate
- PQE: 0–3 years
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills
- Performance bonus
- Reimbursement of office-related expenses
Senior Associate
- PQE: 3–5 years
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills
- Performance bonus
- Reimbursement of office-related expenses
Eligibility
The firm is looking for advocates who are:
- Self-driven and hardworking.
- Eager to learn.
- Willing to regularly appear before courts and tribunals.
- Interested in taking up their own matters and briefs.
Responsibilities
The role will involve:
Explore practical law courses to build career-ready legal skills.
- Regular court and tribunal appearances.
- Exposure to domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
- Civil and commercial litigation.
- Insolvency and debt recovery matters.
- Property, banking, service law, matrimonial, consumer protection, cheque dishonour, and white-collar matters.
- Drafting legal opinions and agreements.
- Client meetings.
- Legal research.
