About the Job

Consilio is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate, Legal to join its growing Ironclad Practice. The selected candidate will work as an Ironclad Legal Engineer, collaborating with Solution Architects and Project Managers to configure, build, and deliver Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions while ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• Hands-on experience configuring Ironclad CLM or comparable CLM platforms such as Sirion, Agiloft, Icertis, or Conga.
• A strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Experience building workflows, templates, and automation within SaaS platforms.
• The ability to interpret solution designs and translate them into technical configurations.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following will be preferred:

• Experience working alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers in a delivery team.
• A background in Legal Engineering, Legal Technology, or CLM implementation.
• Exposure to agile or sprint-based delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, the Microsoft ecosystem, or integration tools such as Workato.
• Basic knowledge of JSON or structured data concepts.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, approval processes, contract schemas, clause libraries, and playbooks.
• Implement workflow automation using Ironclad Workflow Designer.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver client projects.
• Translate business and functional requirements into system configurations.
• Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support integrations with third-party systems and assist with data migration and contract metadata modelling.
• Troubleshoot configuration and workflow issues.
• Conduct testing and validation before deployment.
• Support client training and identify opportunities to improve contract management processes through automation.
• Contribute to internal documentation and reusable delivery assets.
