About the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law
The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) is engaged in designing and conducting Certificate, Diploma and PG courses on Transnational Comparative Commercial Law and Practice.
The Centre also conducts seminars, conferences, workshops, debates, discussions, clinics and trainings. It liaises with institutions, professionals, NGOs, governments, public authorities, industry and corporates for consultancy, research and project-related activities.
About the Job
The Centre is looking to engage a Research & Teaching Associate on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre’s academic, research, documentation, project and administrative activities.
Eligibility
Candidates applying for the position must have:
- A degree in Law, i.e. LL.B., LL.M. or Ph.D.
- At least one year of post-qualification academic or professional experience.
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
Work Profile
The Research & Teaching Associate will be required to:
- Develop and coordinate the ODL courses, which primarily run on weekends.
- Provide research support for ongoing projects and related tasks.
- Research and compile information on specific areas and topics.
- Assist in documentation and preparation of project reports and Centre publications.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for the Centre’s activities.
Duration
The appointment is contractual for one year and may be further extended subject to project requirements and performance.

Full-time, on-campus
The position is based at the National Law University Delhi campus, Dwarka, Sector 14, New Delhi – 110078.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive remuneration of ₹50,000 per month (consolidated), subject to 10% TDS deduction and the availability of CTCL funds.
