About the Job
Cloudstrats is hiring for a Legal Associate / Law Intern position, with the opportunity open to fresh law graduates and law interns. The selected candidate will provide legal support to business and operational teams and assist with various legal and compliance-related activities.
Eligibility
- Fresh Law Graduates.
- Law Interns.
- Driven and detail-oriented candidates.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and briefs.
- Coordinate with external counsels and legal consultants.
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal documentation, correspondence and case tracking.
- Provide legal support to business and operational teams.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days
- 6 days a week.
- Alternate Saturdays off.
Location
Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Compensation
Compensation will be provided as per industry standards.
