About the Project
They are looking for dedicated Research Assistants for a comprehensive arbitration project.
Number of Vacancies
4 Research Assistants (Positions are open for both Offline and Online/Remote candidates).
Eligibility
Law students with:
- Sound grasp of foundational Arbitration law.
- Prior experience in legal research and writing (publications in Arbitration law are a plus).
- Ability to parse complex judgments and identify core issues, obiter and ratio decidendi.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Deep-dive research into judgments delivered in 2025.
- Identify, classify, and analyse judgments.
- Assisting in the creation of comparative tables and jurisdictional evolutionary maps.
Location & Mode
Defence Colony, New Delhi
Duration
4 weeks (extendable depending on performance and requirement).
Stipend
- This is a performance-based paid role.
- There is no upper bar, depending entirely on the quality of work output.
