Position: Legal Associate

Eligibility

• Strong drafting, analytical & legal research skills
• Knowledge of India Stamp Act
• Effective communication & coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation

Responsibilities

• End-to-end due diligence, charge creation, modification & satisfaction with ROC
• Timely and accurate CERSAI filings
• Handling CKYC registrations and updates
• Drafting and vetting agreements, lease deeds, and related documents
• Ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory norms
• Maintaining records and tracking acknowledgements
• Legal research on banking, finance, property & commercial laws
• Tracking regulatory updates relevant to lending
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
