About the Job
Principal is hiring for the role of Process Specialist – LPO, offering exposure to US legal processes, document review, and retirement-related legal frameworks.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 2–5 years of experience in US legal research and document review
- Experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) preferred
- Familiarity with US legal documents and case law (state & federal courts)
- Understanding of retirement plans (401K, defined contribution/benefit, etc.)
- Comfortable working in US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Review and process legal and transactional documents
- Conduct US legal research and analyze case law
- Draft and review legal documents
- Handle retirement-related legal processes (loans, vesting, distributions)
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance standards
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work
Mode
In-Office few days a week (a minimum of 3 days in office) and Work from Home
