About the Job

Eligibility
- 2–5 years of paralegal experience
- Experience handling EB-1 and talent visa cases preferred
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Familiarity with legal software and databases
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
Responsibilities
- Assist in case preparation from start to finish
- Conduct legal research and document review
- Organise evidence and manage case files
- Draft motions and related legal documents
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Coordinate with attorneys and manage revisions/feedback
- Identify and rectify errors before filings
