About the Job
Pacta is hiring a Legal Associate for its Transactions Team. The role focuses on legal advisory and compliance support for nonprofits and social sector organisations.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience
- Prior law firm experience is mandatory
- Interest in using legal skills for social impact work
- Experience or specialisation in:
- Technology Law (preferred)
- Labour Law (preferred)
- Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review agreements, policies, and legal notices
- Advise on nonprofit governance and compliance matters
- Support labour law, POSH, and employment-related work
- Conduct legal research and training workshops
- Work closely with clients and internal teams
