Eligibility

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Law or a Post Graduate Degree in Law from a Bar Council of India-recognised college, university, or institution.
• Experience as:
  • An Advocate, Legal Consultant, Legal Assistant, or Associate in an Advocates’ or Solicitors’ Office or Law Firm after being enrolled with the Bar Council; or
  • A Law Officer in the Legal Department of a bank, financial institution, statutory corporation, company, State Government, or Central Government.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Additional Information

For candidates applying under the Advocate, Legal Consultant, Legal Assistant, or Associate experience category, a copy of the Bar Council Registration/Enrolment Certificate and either a certificate from the Bar Association where the candidate is a member or a certificate issued by the Presiding Officer of a Court before which the candidate has practised for the requisite period must be submitted along with the application.
