About the Job

GNK Legal is seeking to hire a Litigation Associate for its Mumbai office. The role is suited for advocates with hands-on experience in litigation practice, particularly intellectual property disputes. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing litigation matters, handling court proceedings, and assisting clients across various forums.

Eligibility

• Relevant experience in litigation practice.
• Experience in drafting legal pleadings and appearing before courts and tribunals.
• Ability to independently manage legal matters with attention to detail and ownership.
• Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other adjudicatory forums.
• Manage ongoing litigation matters independently.
• Assist in case strategy, documentation, and procedural compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding case developments.
